The 21st Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Nobel Records 2024 in conjunction with The Asia Pacific Book of the TOP Recognition concluded at Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. This year, The event was attended by business and political leaders from Malaysia, China, South Korea, Cambodia, Singapore, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This prestigious event added another brilliant chapter to its history, showcasing the unyielding spirit of outstanding enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region.

APC Professional Committees in Various Countries and Regions are Established
A simple yet grand appointment ceremony was held, , YM Dato’ Baginda Raja Lela Zainal Bin Md Sari and former Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department of Malaysia, Tan Sri Datuk Seri M. Kayveas , were appointed as Honorary Vice Chairmen of the APC, Dr. Neak Oknha You Sameth, Chairman of ECON and YSM Group in Cambodia, was appointed as Honorary Vice Chairman of APC (Cambodia).
Additionally, Mr. Lawrence Kook, Managing Director of First Asia Merchants Bullion Limited, was appointed as International Chief Advisor, and Mr. Jimme Oh Chee Meng was appointed as International Advisor (South Pacific Islands). Dr. Joyce Louisa Chin Yee Kuan, Director and CEO of Infinite Dynasty Famos Limited, was appointed as International Committee Director; Ms. Li Hong, founder of Anran Nami Wellness Centre (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd., was appointed as International Committee Vice Director; and Mr. Zhang Tiangang, General Manager of Far Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., was appointed as International Committee Director.
At the same time, the Professional Committee (International Offshore Wealth Management) of APC was officially established, with Dr. Joyce Louisa Chin Yee Kuan appointed as the Chairwoman. The Professional Committee (Halal Cosmetic & Skincare) of APC was also officially established, with Mr. Calvin Liang Kai Wen, Director of 8iorigin Sdn. Bhd., appointed as the Chairman.
At this event, K Media Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (See Hua Daily News, The Borneo Post, Utusan Borneo, and Oriental Daily) became the strategic media partner of the event, while Bank Islam Trust Company (Labuan) Ltd. became an international strategic partner of the APC. Anran Nami Wellness Centre (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd. was designated as the official and only specified Steam Wellness and SPA Center of the event.
The winner of this year's Exceelence Leadership Award and Excellence Brand Award, Dr. Neak Oknha You Sameth, Chairman of ECON and YSM Group in Cambodia, and the winner of the Excellence Brand Award, Dr. Raymond Choi, Partner of First Asia Merchants Bullion Limited, were invited to share their insights on how to implement the concept of excellence in business operations at the event. Of course, the gala dinner also featured the much-anticipated lucky draw, along with a series of dance performances, allowing guests to leave in high spirits.
Notably, in addition to publishing illustrated articles about the winning enterprises in the Book of Legends – The Asia Pacific Entrepreneur NOBEL Records (distributed throughout Asia Pacific Region), the event also arranged video interviews for all winning enterprises and key guests.

Several significant Memoranda of Cooperation were signed, marking important partnerships:
1. APC and Bank Islam Trust Company (Labuan) Ltd.
- This strategic partnership aims to enhance financial services for clients by integrating resources more effectively, improving market competitiveness, and expanding business horizons.
2. Infinite Dynasty Famos Limited and First Asia Merchants Bullion Limited
- Infinite Dynasty Famos Limited agreed to utilize gold, silver, and other financial products provided by First Asia Merchants Bullion Limited for purchasing, trading, and other related financial services to support and expand their operations in the financial market.
3. Ming Fai Enterprise International Company Limited and Malaysia Budget & BusinessHotel Association (MyBHA)
- Under this agreement, Ming Fai Enterprise International Company Limited agrees to supply a range of high-quality hotel amenities and products, including toiletries, linens, and other essential supplies, to members of the Malaysia Budget & Business Hotel Association (MyBHA) with privilege price. MyBHA will encourage its member hotels to use these products to enhance guest experience and service quality. The memorandum also includes provisions for collaboration in marketing and promotional activities, as well as education and knowledge sharing about hotel products for association members.
