Overview:

In the midst of this filling construction, the developer needs to find the right match to implement the extraction project. It will transport the extracted sand from Mekong River to the appointed location.

Phnom Penh is Cambodia’s capital. It has the highest density population in Cambodia. Hence, not far from the golden zone, there will be a new township and trading hub developing soon.

In accordance to the government’s plan for the Mekong River, the sand in the Mekong River will be opened for public to extract without any charges. The engaged group do not need to pay anything to extract the sand thus will save a big chunk on their building contract.
